Orders are shipped from Germany and processed within 2–4 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

Returns
Return Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Items may be tried on to check the fit, but must be returned in their original condition, free from any signs of wear, washing, perfume or makeup.
14 Days to Return
We hope you love your Solaris piece. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and let us know which item you wish to return.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the item must be sent back within 14 days.
Returns and Exchanges
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The original standard shipping cost will also be refunded. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.
We may wait to issue the refund until the returned item has been received or you provide proof that it has been sent back.
Refunds
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
Exchanges
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at solaris.design.info@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs.
We will arrange a suitable solution, and you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
